Vincent Profaci received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Brown University in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. Mr. Profaci was also the recipient of the prestigious American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in contracts law.
Mr. Profaci is admitted to practice before all state and federal court in the States of Florida and New Jersey, as well as all state courts in New York. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Profaci has presented numerous public and private seminars on estate planning issues, including seminars presented to the City of Kissimmee, the Florida Recreation and Parks Association; and Walt Disney World. He provides his clients quality legal services in the areas of estate planning, general business and corporate law, real estate law, probate, and guardianship, and has been in private practice since 1989. His office is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
